How to print document without comments or markup in Word?
When you print a document in Word, the comments or markup will be printed as well as below screenshot shown. Is there any way can print without the comments or markup in Word?

- You were probably surprised. You went to print your Word 2013 document and there on the page was your formatted text — and the silly comments. That’s probably not what you wanted. To control whether a document’s comments appear when printed, follow these steps.
- On the File menu, click Print. Click Copies & Pages, and then click Microsoft Word. Click Odd pages only. After the odd pages are printed, flip the stack of pages over, reinsert the stack into the printer, repeat steps 1 and 2, and then click Even pages only.
Print without all markup and comments
If you want to print without all markup and comments, you can uncheck an option.
Click File > Print > Print All pages in Settings section, then uncheck Print Markup.
Print without only comments
If you just want to hide comments while printing, just uncheck the Comments in Show Markup drop-down.
Click Review > Show Markup > Comments to hide comments.
Now you can print your document without comments.
Note: After printing the document, you need to display all comments with the same steps as you need.
